Photo Vault: The Mid-1980s



(Me, as a blonde, and my beloved sister, Becky.  My Grandma made that puffed-sleeve dress.  I just realized these photos were taken 25 years ago.  Holy mindfuck.)

  7. Ah, fashion was a lot kinder to kids in the mid-80s than it was to teens and adults. You are both adorable and undeniably siblings. Twenty-five years ago feels like yesterday and then you find this photographic evidence to the contrary. Crazy. This decade old century still feels brand spanking new to me. Someone asked me in what year my daughter was born. 1996 was my prompt reply. She's four.
